Orders ship from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California, to addresses in the United States.

Processing: in-stock orders placed by 12:00 pm Pacific on a business day usually ship the same or next business day.
Carriers: UPS Ground (typically 1 to 5 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Your own carrier account: choose "Customer Shipping Account" at checkout.
Local pickup: free at 13660 E. Bora Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, Monday to Friday.
Machines and freight: printers, heat presses and other large equipment ship by LTL freight, quoted separately.
Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
